You are responsible for your use of the Website. The Website may only be used in accordance with the purposes stated in the Terms. According to the Terms, you may use the Website in accordance with the provisions set forth herein. In the event you use the Website for purposes other than those stated herein, or if your usage causes damage to Zynca or the Website, Zynca has the right to, among other things, block your IP address.

represent yourself as, or be affiliated with, another person or entity, or otherwise provide fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive information, interfere with or otherwise negatively affect the Website, or otherwise manipulate, intrude or attempt to probe, scan or test for vulnerabilities in the Website, or
misuse computer systems, networks, usage rules, or any of our security components, authentication measures or other protective measures applicable to the Website, or that are contrary to these Terms. - Availability and limitation of liability
Zynca provides the Website as is. Zynca reserves the right to shut down the Website without prior notice in case of updates or maintenance. Zynca does not guarantee the functionality or availability of the Website and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Website. The communication speed between your and Zynca's server depends partly on your choice of data transmission system and partly on traffic volume. Zynca is not responsible for any disruptions affecting the availability of the Website due to internet connection issues, web hosting problems, Website maintenance, or anything else beyond Zynca's control.
If Zynca refers (links) to a third-party website, such reference is only intended as a service for the user, and Zynca disclaims all responsibility for such third-party website and such third party's potential processing of personal data. - Processing of personal data

Zynca, and/or its licensors, own all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Website.

When using the Website, you shall waive your moral rights to the Works to the extent possible under the Swedish Copyright Act (1960:729). - Disputes
- Swedish law shall apply to these Terms. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules for Simplified Arbitration of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute.

Zynca is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation. It is important that you read and understand our Privacy Policy before using the Website.
The Website is available for those who are job seekers and looking for employment as well as those interested in Zynca’s services.

We will collect the following personal data when you visit the Website and submit a request via the Website for a demonstration of Zynca’s services:
Personal and contact information: first and last name, phone number, company name, IP address, and email address.
Other information: such as information from you in the free text field available when submitting a request for a demonstration of Zynca’s services. We urge you to always exercise caution when providing information in the free text field since the information will be processed automatically and we therefore may not detect if you have accidentally provided incorrect or sensitive personal data.

Government authorities: Zynca may provide necessary information to authorities if Zynca is legally obliged to do so, or if you have consented to Zynca doing so. The information you provide us when submitting a request for a demonstration on our Website is stored until we have conducted the demonstration of Zynca’s services and for a subsequent period of sixty (60) days.
The information you provide us when consenting to receive marketing from us is stored as long as you remain a subscriber and is deleted within 21 days after the subscription has ended.
Your personal data may be stored for a longer period than stated in points 7.1-7.2 above if we are required to retain the data under applicable law or government decision. - Your rights

Right of access: You have the right to ask us for confirmation as to whether we process personal data about you and, if so, receive a copy of the personal data we process about you by requesting a so-called register extract. Right to rectification: You have the right to have incorrect personal data we process about you corrected without undue delay. Within the scope of this right, you also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, taking into account the purpose of the processing.

If you object to the processing, Zynca will only continue processing the data if there are compelling legitimate reasons that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Right to data portability: If our right to process your personal data is based either on your consent or on the performance of a contract with you, you have the right, if the processing is carried out automatically, to receive a copy of the personal data concerning you and which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used digital format and to transfer this data to another data controller without our hindrance. You also have the right to request that this data be transferred directly from us to another data controller, if technically feasible for us (so-called data portability).
