Can I write the job ad myself?
Yes. When you create a job, choose “No thanks” and start with a blank editor. Or let Zynca draft a suggestion from the job title and edit it.
What can I ask the candidates?
Add text fields, checkboxes, a file upload for a document, an image or a video, and lists of choices where one or several answers can be picked. Any field can be made required.
Can I change a job after it’s been published?
Yes. Open Options and then Job details. Edit the job ad and click Save.
What happens when I close a job?
The job ad is unpublished, and the job and its candidates stay with you. You can choose whether the candidates who didn’t move on get an email.
